The cottage is surrounded by approximately 6000 m3 (1.4 Acres) of private land , with many olive trees , orange and lemon trees , grapes , fig trees , many winter trees and lots of flowers. The house is only 10 minutes away from the closest beach of Avlaki and Kerasia. Kassiopi and San Stefano are just 10 minutes away driving where you can find, bars, super markets and restaurants.
